Steps
- Heat the berries, water and sugar / jaggery in a pan over medium heat. Simmer until berries soften. Then, remove from heat.
- Let the strawberries cool and then blend them using a blender.
- Whip the cream and vanilla to make a soft whipped cream.
- Pour in the puree into the whipped cream and then set it in the molds.
- Freeze until set.
