Orders are shipped through registered domestic logistics companies and /or owned fleet. Orders are shipped as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment is subject to logistics company norms. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the customer on the website while placing the order. Customers will receive emails and SMS for all order related queries timely. Farm 2 Fam India only ships products in India, currently International Shipments are not supported.
We do not support returns and exchanges for fresh produce. You are advised to collect your order and store the fruits as per the directions given on website for each product. However, if you face any issues with the quality or packaging of the product, please reach out to our customer support team with details and we will assist you as quickly as we can. You can raise the complaint within 2 hours of delivery.
